Update Voice MCP to Voice Mode

Voice MCP has been renamed to Voice Mode. This updates:
- Name from 'Voice MCP' to 'Voice Mode'
- GitHub URL from voice-mcp to voicemode
- Website from voice-mcp.com to voicemode.ai
