7e41f8b4e5 Updates copyright string to include year 2020. 
Removes base b&w glyphs for SVG colored emoji from GOADB and from all UFOs.
Fixes incorrect outlines for rsmallinverted (U+0281).
Upgrades UFOs to version 3 due to change needed to rsmallinverted.
Regenerates mark feature files due to change needed for rsmallinverted.
