Paul D. Hunt f32c3548cc Removes string entries for missing glyphs so that instances can be made. Adds hinting values to UFO masters so that instances can be hinted. Edits FMNDB and family.fea so that fonts can be compiled. Adds features and fontinfo files for instances so that fonts can be compiled.
