fix: Disable Jekyll, move claude.html to Anthropic/

Browse Source 
- Add .nojekyll to disable Jekyll processing (fixes build failure
  from Liquid syntax in raw prompt files)
- Move claude.html into Anthropic/ folder
- Update README link accordingly
- Remove _config.yml (no longer needed without Jekyll)
