hotfix: don't assert process replay in master. ( #5562 )

This is because https://github.com/tinygrad/tinygrad/actions/runs/9996754763/job/27631802686 ran exactly when master changed state, causing the diff to assert.
if [run_process_replay] is green pre merge it's ok.
