* optimize args update

* cache symbolic in jit

* remove NOSTAT

* init BasicBatchExecutor

* symbolic infer cache per jit instance

* basicbatchexec is defualt for compiled

* batch_exec is taken from ASTRunner

* no infer cache

* batched execution of hip graph

* add comment about hip graph batches

* readable hip graph
