7c4f661840 Fix GithubV1CallbackProcessor tests with correct module paths 
- Update all patch paths from openhands.app_server.event_callback.github_v1_callback_processor
  to integrations.github.github_v1_callback_processor
- Replace @patch.dict(os.environ) with direct patches for GITHUB_APP_CLIENT_ID and
  GITHUB_APP_PRIVATE_KEY constants (loaded at module import time)
- Replace get_prompt_template with get_summary_instruction
- Remove unused import os

263e18ad0f Fix V1 conversation routing tests and remove hardcoded v1_enabled=True 
- Remove hardcoded self.v1_enabled = True from initialize_new_conversation
- Update tests to use v1_enabled instead of deprecated v1 parameter
- Add tests for initialize_new_conversation setting v1_enabled from get_user_v1_enabled_setting
- Update create_new_conversation tests with correct method signatures
